Ta Prom Restaurant, SR

DB and I only had two full days in Siem Reap so our schedule was tight as a drum. The only time we got to rest is on board our tuktuk, when we travel from one temple to another, and during lunch time.

It was already three in the afternoon and we still haven't had our lunch. Before going inside Ta Prohm Temple, we looked for a restaurant and immediately asked for the menu. We were too hungry to think so we just asked the cook to prepare her specialties.

The names of the dishes were too vague so I wasn't really expecting a delicious meal, maybe just enough to fill in our empty stomach. But I was wrong! The Fried Ginger with Beef was very good -- tender and tasty. It's so yummy I let DB to take only a piece and nothing more. Who cares about diet now? *wink*
